Availability

Our live calendar below shows the current bookings and availability for Byfield Village Hall. You can use it to find suitable dates and times for your event, meeting, or activity. Click on NEW BOOKING, enter your details and requirements.  If it shows a clash with an existing booking you can edit or cancel. When you have completed the form press CONFIRM and SEND.  An email is sent to us at and we respond to your email to confirm, inform you of the cost and sometimes telephone you for discussion or guidance.

Note that before you can CONFIRM and SEND you have to tick the box to confirm that you accept our T’s and C’s for the venue and website.  In particular please note the warning regarding bouncy castles and the safeguarding of children.

If you wish to make a series of bookings or are likely to make further bookings in the future please take up the option, offered at the beginning of booking, to CREATE an ACCOUNT.  Having done that, all that is required on future occasions is to enter your requirements without repeating all your contact details.
